A dynamic and fast-growing digital agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to join our remote team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a background in a digital agency, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You will collaborate closely with our client services, media, digital intelligence, and executive leadership teams to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.
As a Project Manager II, you will handle multiple programs, managing every phase from initiation to completion. Your role will include setting goals, measuring progress, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for program operations internally and externally.
- Ensure operational efficiency of assigned programs.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, and manage detailed action items and meeting recaps.
- Plan, manage, monitor, and control digital initiatives with channel team leadership.
- Manage program scope, identify risks, and implement change requests.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines and trackers.
- Create workflows, train teams, and manage project tasks using project management software.
- Ensure adherence to PMO templates and processes.
- Contribute to key PMO initiatives and partner with client service counterparts for account success.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of project management experience in a digital agency managing mid-to-large scale digital programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP Certification expected within one year of hire (training fees covered).
- Strong proficiency in Asana or similar task management software.
- Experience in autonomous work and team collaboration.
- Proficient in documenting and tracking simultaneous tasks.
- Knowledge of digital creative processes, paid media, earned media, analytics, and client management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify and improve process inefficiencies.
- Experience with third-party vendors and partner agencies.
- Leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
