Job Description:
The Circuit Provisioner is charged with being a subject matter expert for all activities performed within the access team, including onboarding and continued support of the Fusion portfolio of services, to consistently maintain the highest standings of technical and business performance that results in excellent customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a circuit provisioner, you are responsible for the following
DAILY TASKS & OPPORTUNITIES (including, but not limited to):
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities as department needs dictate.
- Manage the circuit delivery cycle to include adherence to critical dates, acceptance testing, and turn up of customer access services.
- Provide clear and concise status updates to internal stakeholders handling customer communication and document all status updates in the appropriate OSS.
- Charged with being the first Level Escalation point of contact, to ensure escalations are answered and completed expeditiously by acting with a high sense of urgency, escalating effectively, and following escalation guidelines when unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal and/or external contacts to resolve escalations.
- Report on urgent issues to management.
- Provide support and act as a backup for team members as needed for provisioning/ordering of services.
- Identify process issues, recommend solutions to management, and assist with process/procedure development to ensure the delivery of a superior customer service experience.
- Provide support for other departmental projects as needed.
- Maintain ongoing projects and meet all required deadlines.

- Fosters teamwork and cross-functional cooperation to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop, establish, and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of operations experience in a telecommunications environment required
- 5+ years of access provisioning experience/knowledge preferred
- Office 365
- Data Entry skills required
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
This is a remote role that is paid hourly. The hourly salary is $16
