This is a full-time remote role for a Data Entry Specialist. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This includes entering data from physical or digital documents, verifying accuracy and completeness, and organizing and storing data in the appropriate formats. The Data Entry Specialist will work closely with other teams to ensure data integrity and handle confidential information with utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using data entry tools and software
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data analysis or data management is a plus
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
