Customer Account Specialist
Expanding Charlotte corporate office is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join their team! You will be partnering with the sales team to support assigned accounts. Advancement opportunity available. Salary up to $65,000 plus eligibility for the company profit-sharing plan. Excellent benefits.
Job Duties of the Customer Account Specialist:
- Manage all aspects of assigned accounts
- Prepare and enter orders, quotes, and sample requests
- Process change orders
- Follow up on quotes, samples, and orders
- Send sales order confirmation to the customer.
- Respond to all customer phone calls, fax, and email inquiries
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service department
- Communicate with supporting departments regarding orders
Job Qualifications of the Customer Account Specialist:
- 3+ years' prior experience in a client-facing corporate position such as Customer Service or Account Management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills: should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP system is a plus.
