ABOUT THE JOB
GeoParking Technologies (GPT) is a technology platform company that sources short-term and overnight parking for Robotaxi fleets of electric Autonomous Vehicles (eAV’s). GPT’s software only solution provides an “Airbnb style” business model for all available parking lots and spots for these vehicles. GPT’s technology platform incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technology features to predict the 24/7 availability and demand for eAV parking in locations with high rates of eAV utilization. Additionally, GPT will operate service hubs that will allow Robotaxi operators to outsource daily vehicle cleaning, washing, charging, and safety tech checks.
GPT is in the climate tech, energy, and infrastructure mobility sectors as a component of moving transportation to 100% green via zero-carbon electricity with Purchase Power Agreements (PPA) and the ability to distribute the energy/electricity over the entire metro electric grid via spreading out to ~2,000+ AV Robotaxi charging locations (instead of ~5 giant hub/depot locations creating electric grid issues).
With pending contracts with the leading operators, we are building our solution rapidly and will be in beta trials/pilots later this summer/fall. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Inside Sales Executive (Account Development Rep (ADR) / Business Development Rep (BDR)) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building our market, driving sales and fostering strong relationships with business clients. This role requires a proactive approach to both handling provided leads and generating new business opportunities independently. Potential earnings are greater with Commission and bonus structure.
REMOTE/HYBRID
Although mostly all remote - must reside in the greater Seattle Area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute strategic company sales plans while providing the team with improvements needed to achieve company goals and targets.
- Engage with potential business clients through various channels, including virtual meetings, social media, email, CRM tools, phone, etc.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through internally provided lead generation systems and networking.
- Create, manage and nurture provided leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential business clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2yrs+ Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients through the sales process.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and generate leads.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
