Role Description
This is a temporary remote role for a Freelance Graphic Designer to work on packaging design for a home fragrances line. The Freelance Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing designs, and working in Adobe Illustrator CC. The Freelance Graphic Designer will work directly with the Art Director, understand their requirements, and deliver creative solutions that align with their objectives and brand guidelines in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CC
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles in packaging design
- Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into compelling visual concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Salary
A project fee will be decided upon based on the scope of the project.
