Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative. As an SDR at GAVL Marketing, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the overall sales process. Your primary goal will be to generate interest and create opportunities for our sales team to close deals with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts through various channels (e.g., social media, email, phone).
· Travel for legal conventions, sponsorships, and video shoots.
· Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to establish initial contact and qualify leads.
· Engage with potential clients to understand their marketing needs and pain points.
· Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
· Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and GAVL Marketing's service offerings.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Ability to travel often.
