Project and Process Manager Role
Reporting to the Director of Retail, the Projects and Process Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and addressing areas of opportunities in our current processes, responding to retail operation inquires and tickets, and project managing internal projects, new store builds and store renovations.
Key Responsibilities;
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, managing and improving appropriate processes, tools, and reporting to effectively standardize store operations and enable results related to revenue and expenses in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Provide training and effectively communicate operational updates and process improvements and related roles and responsibilities to retail management teams. Enabling management teams to cascade communication in their portfolio
- Perform regular check ins at our retail locations to assess process implementation and role clarity
- Work cross functionally with the e-commerce, retail leadership team, distribution, production, marketing - client care team to align on omni channel processes to improve operations
- Develop and troubleshoot inventory management and sync processes between store counts, and our operational systems
- Ensure all documents on our internal processes and systems are updated for easy access by our retail teams and Google Business Listings are accurate and updated as needed by Store Leaders.
- Project completion observing change management best practices
- Ensure and manage all project deliverables ensuring adherence to project scope, quality, timelines and budgets
- Be the liaison and point of contact between all internal and external teams as it relates to each retail expansion and renovation project
- Manage and deliver requirements from external partners or stakeholders including Landlords & municipalities to eliminate or actively manage project risks ensuring all projects follow company, provincial or federal policies & regulations
- Take a proactive approach to anticipating risks and formulating contingency plans related to store expansion in consultation with the Director of Retail and Regional Managers
- Provide regular project status reporting to all internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate internal feedback, business trends and recommendations related to processes and operational improvements to the Director, Retail and internal stakeholders
Salary Range: $56,907 to $81,890
The broadband pay range is based on the advertised position's job level. The salary provided to the incumbent will be based on their years of professional experience, level of education and applicable knowledge and skills
Education & Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 4-7 years of retail operations and/or project management experience with experience in change management or combination of experience and some post-secondary education or undergraduate degree
Experience in a retail organization and using Fulfil, Shopify and Asana are considered an asset.
Requires practical experience and knowledge in project management and operational processes
