Working Location: Roswell, GA.
Duration: Full Time employment working in the Roswell, GA. This is a new office that will open in August 2024. We are moving from the Norcross office. You will work in the Norcross office until the new office is ready.
Pay: $20-25/HR

Our warehouse operations are crucial to our success, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, and packing of furnishing orders and storage of furnishing. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Marketing Administrator to support our customer service and marketing efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our brand message is effectively communicated.
Job Description:
As a Junior Account Admin (for Designers) you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing departments as a customer service specialist. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in the execution of marketing efforts to promote our home furnishings to designers of high-end homes, seniors, and retirement communities.
- Coordinate with the interior designers to ensure furnishing orders are fullfilled correctly.
- Manage customers, respond to inquiries, and promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information for targeted marketing efforts and personalized communication.
- Assist in organizing marketing opperations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent working experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and address customer needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
