G&L Federal is looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant to support one of our cofounders as we continue to expand. In this role you will be assisting our cofounder with business operational tasks, attending company dinners with customers/partners, and supporting our team at conferences out of town (mainly on weekends).
Your Responsibilities for this role include:
- Take notes during meetings
- Help make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organize events/happy hours
- Provide creative input for logos/websites/marketing materials
- Ensuring all customer queries seen from over a dozen different
- Help respond to customer and stakeholder emails/requests
- Attend and record virtual meetings on leaderships behalf
Requirements and skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Confidentiality
This will be a part-time contract position with an average of about 20 hours each week. We are looking to bring the person who fills this role into a permanent full-time position as our organization expands with additional funding, and will be offering generous employee equity packages to long term employees.
