Overview
PRI is a small, but well known established consulting and technology firm specializing in government information management. We provide state and local government agencies with expert advisory, procurement, and project management services within records management and technology domains.
A project typically entails a team of 2-3 consultants, working with the client's project team, over the course of short-term (3-6 months), and long-term (2-3 years) projects. Projects include:
- Information management systems needs assessments, procurement, implementation
- Technology project management services
- Records management assessments
- Records inventory and purging
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and managing projects following project management standards and best practices. This includes:
- Developing project charters, risk management plans, communications plans
- Developing project timelines
- Monitoring project status and ensuring timely deliverables
- Assigning project tasks
- Providing project updates
- Close collaboration with clients
- Facilitating meetings
- Developing project plans

Compensation:
- Base salary $90,000 -$110,000 plus annual bonus up to $10,000
- Anniversary and annual performance-based pay increases up to 10%
- Matching 401k
- Flexible paid time off, paid expenses.

Minimum Qualifications

- Project Management Professional certification
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
