Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
- Correspondence: Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and agreements.
- Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- File Management: Organize and maintain legal files and documents.

- Legal Assistant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Education: An associate degree is required, but a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to maintain and update legal files efficiently.
- Legal Knowledge: Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Certification: Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
