POSITION DESCRIPTION
At Devz, we are pursuing the revolution of software development by building an AI-powered product to create and monitor software for anyone to use. A dynamic team, we work, collaborate, and build in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join us who has an eye for visually appealing and engaging marketing materials and brand content and have primary ownership of the company’s marketing efforts and direction. They would help manage the end-to-end operations of marketing campaigns and digital content creation. A successful candidate should have a knack for PR and creating engaging content, a high attention to detail and the ability to juggle and organize multiple tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
· 2+ years of digital marketing experience
Experience in:
· Setting marketing goals in coordination with the overall team and company goals
· Determining what marketing strategies to implement to meet the goals and further grow the company
· Creating various branding content like presentations, brochures, documents, posts, and images
· Creating and running ad campaigns on major online platforms (ex. Google Ads, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
· Managing campaigns through various ad management platforms (ex. Google Analytics, Linked Campaign Manager, Facebook Campaign Manager)
· Analyzing and reporting on the company’s digital presence and marketing campaigns
· SEO techniques and best practices
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal for both internal and external communications
· Creative problem-solving skills and enjoys brainstorming new marketing methods, approaches, and content
· Self-starter with ability to work independently
· Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
· In tune with the latest marketing trends and techniques
· Experience working with digital marketing and/or advertising campaigns
· Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)
· Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create digital content that aligns with the company’s mission and goals
· Develop and execute on digital marketing campaigns for the company across social media, search, and other online channels
o Monitor campaign performance and adjust designs, copywriting, and campaign attributes as needed to achieve the campaign goals
o Ensure tagging, conversions, event-tracking are all configured properly across the involved platforms
o Provide recurring reports and presentations on marketing performance
o Suggest subsequent marketing strategies
· Monitoring company’s social media accounts to analyze user behavior to suggest strategies to maximize engagement
· Review website and platform engagement through user and traffic analysis platforms to guide marketing strategy
· Design graphical and textual content to use in marketing, branding, and promotional efforts
· Coordinate with the UX team to implement email and digital social media content designs
· Coordinate with the development team to implement marketing-related updates, such as UI/copywriting updates, tagging updates
· Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends in marketing and social media engagement

Experience planning and hosting marketing efforts at events and conferences for brand awareness, lead generation, and/or partnership exploration
