EEO Program Manager – Dept of Defense (Remote)
We are looking for an EEO Program Manager for a project with the US Marine Corps. The Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Services Program aims to provide comprehensive support to ensure equal employment opportunity, prevention of discrimination, and resolution of workplace disputes in accordance with federal laws and regulations. The primary objective of the EEO Program Manager is to provide expert counseling, and guidance to employees and management on EEO matters to support the agency's EEO program. The program manager shall assist in inquiries and resolve complaints of discrimination, illegal harassment, and workplace disputes in a timely and effective manner to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations; additionally, provide reasonable accommodations and a model EEO program.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions possible), 40 hr/week, remote role in the US. Some travel to Marine bases may be required.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data related to demographics, accession and separation, promotion, awards, and applicant flow to identify barriers to equal opportunity utilizing HR Link and other relevant resources.
- Prepare regional Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directives (MD-715) reports based on data analysis, highlighting findings and trends related to equal employment opportunity.
- Develop and conduct high-level briefings on MD-715 report findings for agency leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop corrective action plans for addressing deficiencies identified in MD-715 reports.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective action plans and make adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with EEO regulations and agency goals.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and stakeholders to implement strategies for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Conduct analysis of formal EEO complaints and counselors' reports for acceptance or dismissal and request investigation when required. In accordance with MD-110.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in federal EEO complaint processing
- 3 years of MD 715 submission experience
- 3 years of experience processing federal Reasonable Accommodations
- Holds Secret Clearance Level, MUST
- Certification as an EEO Counselor, preferred.
- Experience conducting inquiries and resolving workplace disputes, preferably in a government setting.
- Knowledge of federal EEO laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication, briefing, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software. EEO software experience includes but is not limited to, Entellitrak Equal Employment Opportunity (ETK EEO), Federal Sector EEO Portal (FedSEP), HR Link, Navy Electronic Accommodation Tracker (NEAT), Investigation and Resolutions Case Management System (IRCMS), and other relevant EEO software.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, social sciences, law, or related field.

Compensation: $50/hr - $80/hr
