Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Recruiter. The Part-Time Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the interview process.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any questions they may have about the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs, prioritize requisitions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Human Resources: Light HR reporting and administrative work.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
