to expand our team, we are seeking an experienced People and Talent Officer to lead our people
operations and talent management efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing
all aspects of our people strategy, including learning and development, goal-setting and
reporting, systems and processes, and recruiting and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our company's mission, values, and goals.
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Design and implement effective learning, mentoring, and development programs.
- Manage goal-setting and reporting processes.
- Optimize people-related systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Lead recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in people operations and talent management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute people strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
