Job Description: We are seeking for a an experienced Copywriter / Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong editorial background working for a leading magazine, newspapers, PR or AD agency. If you have a knack for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for engaging audiences through the written word, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all kinds of content creation
- Develop and write engaging, persuasive, and high-quality email content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Write supporting article for our research projects, which will be published in tier 1 magazines and newspapers
- Create all kinds of marketing materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to create email campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Edit and proofread email copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Conduct thorough research to understand our target audience and tailor email content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and copywriting.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in editorial roles within magazines, newspapers, or similar publications.
- Proven experience in email marketing, including writing and editing email content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in these areas.
- Ability to write clear, compelling copy that drives action and engagement.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Experience in Photo shop and in-design is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven copy optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.
