- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, teleconferences, and meetings
- Support project coordination and manage documentation
- Provide customer support and address inquiries promptly
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
