Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Analyst is a critical role for individuals who are eager to learn in the field of digital marketing. This role will optimize digital marketing campaigns, particularly emphasizing the tactical creation of content and social media. This position is ideal for those with some experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management, and welcome the use of artificial intelligence and technology tools to enhance marketing processes.
As part of our team, you will support content creation across a diverse customer base, including non-profits, small businesses (both B2B and B2C), and enterprise-level organizations. This role requires frequently switching hats and adopting different customer voices, demanding mental dexterity but offering unique exposure across platforms and industries.
You will assist in analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs), develop reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and tactically execute social media strategies, including content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tactics across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Support the optimization of digital marketing campaigns to ensure smooth adoption of best practices across relevant user groups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs), scope, and objectives for digital marketing campaigns.
- Developing, monitoring, and adjusting analytics reports, dashboards, and resources to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address campaign-related issues.
- Create and optimize digital content to enhance campaign effectiveness, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Integrate analytics activities across stakeholders, providing visibility and accountability to the Revenue Operations Team and/or Project Management Office, ensuring that all parties are informed of progress and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Two years experience with strong examples of results for a client or organization OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Graphic Design.
- Proven experience with content creation, social media management, and digital marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), social media management tools (e.g., AgoraPulse, Buffer), and/or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchip, Hubspot, etc.)
- Familiarity with specific digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) and platforms relevant to our clients.
- General familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage complex data sets and navigate challenging analytical landscapes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
