This role is focused on providing administrative support to Jeremy Weber.
Jeremy is a founding member and senior strategist for Brand Builders Group, a leading personal brand strategy firm supporting hundreds of thought leaders around the world. In his role, Jeremy is focused on (1) Doing strategy work for key clients, (2) Speaking for free and fee to generate new leads for the company, and (3) Selling strategy services to new and existing clients.
The immediate focus of this role is to replace an existing virtual assistant and keep certain administrative tasks off of Jeremy’s plate. As those baseline administrative tasks are mastered, additional revenue generating support tasks will be introduced, providing growth opportunities in hours (part-time to full-time), compensation, and even access to quarterly performance bonuses.

- General email management
- General calendar management
- Booking travel
- Taking meeting notes
- Social media posting and engagement management
- Outreach in support of scheduling free speaking engagements (podcasts, webinars, etc.)
- System tracking and reporting on marketing activities
- Prospect outreach and follow up
- System tracking and reporting on sales activities
- Scheduling various delivery related activities with clients (monthly strategy calls, private multi-day strategy sessions, events, etc.)
- Client outreach and follow up
- System tracking and reporting on delivery activities
Required Job Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very detail oriented and timely with communication.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Outlook.
