We are looking for a Medicaid SME for Mobile App Development who will play a critical role in ensuring that mobile application meets the complex needs and compliance requirements of Medicaid services. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Medicaid policies, regulations, and the ecosystem, coupled with a passion for leveraging technology to improve access and outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience working with Medicaid programs, policies, and regulations.
- Experience with project management and agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating Medicaid requirements into technology solutions, particularly mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of the Medicaid ecosystem, including state and federal regulations, beneficiary needs, and service delivery models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable insights for app development.
- Passion for leveraging technology to improve access and outcomes for Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ensuring compliance and quality in all aspects of the project.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Medicaid-related inquiries and guidance within the mobile app development project.
- Provide expert insights and direction on Medicaid policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure the mobile app's compliance and alignment with current standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to integrate Medicaid requirements effectively into the app.
- Analyze and interpret Medicaid regulations to inform app features, functionality, and user experience, ensuring they cater to the specific needs of Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Identify potential risks and compliance issues, offering solutions to mitigate these risks during the development process.
- Stay updated on changes in Medicaid policies and regulations, ensuring the mobile app remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the app to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness in serving Medicaid beneficiaries.
- Provide training and support to team members on Medicaid-related topics to enhance their understanding and implementation of Medicaid requirements.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including Medicaid agencies and beneficiary advocacy groups, to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of the app.
