Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Lead AWS Solution Architect in the Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client locations
Position Title: Lead AWS Solution Architect
Position Location: Hybrid - 3 in Office, 2 Remote.
Ability to work remote: Preference - Hybrid 1st
Working Hours: 8hrs/day 8-5 generally
Locations: 1) Pittsburgh, PA 2) Remaining Hubs
Travel: No
Days of the week: M-F, 8-5, 40 hours
OT: No
Duration: Contract to hire
Roles And Responsibilities
3-5 years in AWS administration
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Certification
AWS Architect or DevOps certifications desired but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability
- Deploy, configure, and optimize AWS services based on project requirements
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect cloud environments and data
- Collaborate with development teams to consult, design solutions, maintain ongoing communication, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance
- Automate processes and tasks using AWS tools and scripting languages like Python or Shell
- Stay updated with the latest AWS features, best practices, and industry trends
Must Have Technical Skills
Overall experience - 7+ years
- 3-5 years of experience in AWS administration
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
- Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Ability to translate technical ideas into business language/actionable language and vice versa
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
