Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description: As an E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our business's creative strategy, ensuring that all our stores feature the best possible content. Your work will directly impact our e-commerce platforms, enhancing our brand and driving sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and growing our exclusive e-commerce brands, a crucial part of our business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the creative strategy for all e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure high-quality content is maintained across all online stores.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including images, videos, and copy.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content and user experience.

• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align strategies and objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies for the growth of e-commerce exclusive brands.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our content fresh and competitive.

• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely updates and launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative or marketing role, preferably within e-commerce.

• Proven experience in leading creative teams or projects.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform creative decisions.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Package:

• Annual salary of $70,000 - $80,000.

• Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K with company match, and performance-based bonuses.
