Job Description
Join our team as a Full-time Office Administrator at Cortwo, located in North Dallas, TX. In this role, you will handle a diverse set of administrative and operational duties that are crucial to the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing executive schedules, and ensuring excellent communication with staff and clients. You'll also engage in accounting tasks, support HR functions such as resume screening and event organization, and assist with marketing efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Provide administrative support including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and managing executive calendars.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring effective interaction with staff and clients.
- Manage office logistics, including ordering office supplies and refreshments.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including logging invoices and expenses in QuickBooks.
- Assist in marketing activities, such as ordering prints and organizing conference logistics.
- Support HR functions, including filtering CVs and organizing events for employees and customers.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive company information.
- Ensure seamless daily office operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative assistance and office management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent customer service
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Quick to learn new systems and highly motivated
- Discretion and a strategic understanding of organizational needs
- Prior experience organizing company events and conferences is highly desirable
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for expense tracking and basic bookkeeping preferred
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in administration or relevant fields preferred
- A bachelor’s degree or professional coursework in accounting or finance is a significant plus
- Previous work experience in a startup or high-tech company preferred
- Demonstrates a cheerful, vibrant, and easy-going personality, contributing positively to team dynamics - a must!
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive atmosphere even under pressure - a must!
