Yondr is seeking a freelance marketing lead to join our team and help us achieve our marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent visual communication and strategy skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
Must have previous entertainment, B2B marketing, or sales enablement experience.
Freelance contract — 3+ months, 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with artist relations, entertainment, and education teams to fulfill marketing requests and create marketing assets
- Will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth and web content, and organic growth initiatives.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to improve future campaigns
- Establish best practices across marketing channels and collaborate with teams to create elevated user experiences, drive sales and leads.

- Ensure company-wide adherence to marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years experience in design, strategy, and execution across digital, conference, print, live events, and web.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience or interest in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Exceptional design and production skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
