Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must-have as you foster strong relationships with customers and team members alike. If you're ready to embrace the challenge and make an impact, Tamarack welcomes you to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and vendors. Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to ensure alignment and manage expectations effectively.
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and kickoff decks. Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to stakeholders to track project performance and inform decision-making. Create and establish polished templates representing our brand.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively to optimize project outcomes while minimizing costs. Track project expenses, resource utilization, and budget allocations to ensure financial sustainability and project profitability.
- Support the Contracting Process: Partner with Sales and subject matter experts to define scope, services, and deliverables to be included in the contracting process. Ensure the project is well defined and structured for successful completion.
- Quality Assurance and Control: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct regular quality reviews, perform testing and validation activities, and address any discrepancies or deficiencies promptly to maintain project quality.
- Change Management and Adaptability: Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and timelines effectively, assessing impacts and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate evolving needs. Foster adaptability and resilience within the project team to navigate unforeseen challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices adoption to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the project team and across the organization.
By taking on these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in Tamarack's disruptive growth story and contributing to our success in the Equipment Finance industry.
