About the Job
Responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and establishing/maintaining strong relationships with qualified healthcare professionals. Our recruiters identify assignments that best fit the clinician’s location and compensation requirements, as well as participating in projects and programs that align with company strategy and goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
—Develops and implements recruitment strategies to identify qualified healthcare professionals for current and future vacancies. Strategies include, but are not limited to cold calling, ATS usage, use of social media, internet job boards, etc.
—Maintains a database of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future vacancies. Review resumes and applications of potential candidates.
—Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with candidates regarding opportunities with Clover Health Services and its external clients.
—Screens candidates for skills, qualifications and background.
—Prepares and submits accurate recruitment activity reports on a timely basis.
—Complies with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures.
—Participates in required orientation and training programs.
—Participates, as requested, in quality assurance and process improvement activities.
—Documents all notes and activities in company ATS.
—Performs all other duties to include operational tasks as assigned.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
—2 years’ recruiting experience required with a minimum of 1 year in healthcare Preferred.
—An understanding of the healthcare staffing industry preferred.
—Demonstrate strong relationship building skills.
—Prior experience as a nurse recruiter, registered nurse, or licensed practical nurse is preferred.
—Demonstrate ability and drive to successfully meet objectives.
—Sales experience is preferred.
—Strong written and verbal communication skills to enable effective communication across all levels of management, employees, and clients.
—Applies sound business judgment in decision making.
—Proven ability to create and implement business, marketing, and recruiting plans.
—Ability to establish and achieve goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks.
