Our client, the Minnesota Department of Human Services, is seeking a skilled and experienced eLearning Developer to join our team. This full-time resource will work on the design, development, and delivery of activities related to MnCHOICES and Case-management reform training. The eLearning Developer will support counties, tribal nations, and managed care organizations using Minnesota’s assessment and support planning tool (MnCHOICES) by working directly with both the MnCHOICES and Case-management staff, as well as the Training, Technical Support, and Communications (TTC) team within the Department of Human Services (DHS) Disability Services Division (DSD).

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training activities related to MnCHOICES and Case-management reform.
Collaborate with MnCHOICES and Case-management staff, and the TTC team.
Support counties, tribal nations, and managed care organizations in using MnCHOICES.
Develop eLearning content and materials.
Provide technical support for training initiatives.
Document work and processes comprehensively.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
Proven track record in designing and delivering training activities.
Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
Ability to develop engaging and effective eLearning content.
Experience with technical support in a training context.
Strong documentation skills.
Familiarity with MnCHOICES and Case-management processes is a plus.

Project Schedule:

Anticipated Project Start Date: September 1, 2024
Anticipated End Date: August 31, 2025

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site work in St. Paul, MN.
