**Job Title: Senior UX Designer**

**Location:** Remote (with occasional travel)

**Compensation:** Equity Only (until funding is secured)

**Part-time initially (20 hrs a week, US timezones)

**Position Overview:**

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our AI-driven medical imaging platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and medical professionals, to create intuitive and impactful user interfaces. Your work will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our product, ultimately contributing to better healthcare outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the design and development of user-centered interfaces for our AI-driven medical imaging platform.

- Participate in user research to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of users.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the product.

- Participate in usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.

- Contribute in other areas, graphically and strategically as needed, such as Marketing.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field and equivalent experience.

- 5+ years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS products and enterprise solutioning on complex solutions.

- Expertise in user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on the medical field and humanity.

- Previous web designing experience, ideally with a solid foundation and working knowledge of coding (HTML/CSS).

- Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
