Job Responsibilities:
- Find and manage vendors, including photographers, cleaners, inspectors, etc., and supervise their work on-site in Bay Area properties as needed to ensure quality.
- Research and analyze Bay Area market trends and property conditions to help determine reasonable listing prices.
- Assist in contract negotiations, oversee transaction progress, and collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Support marketing activities for listings, including online and offline promotions and hosting open houses.
- Meet with clients to understand their core needs and provide professional real estate consulting services.
- Create client profiles and coordinate the team to provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Actively participate in the development, maintenance, and accumulation of company listings and establish good business relationships with homeowners.
Job Requirements:
- Have a real estate license or plan to obtain one within a year (preferred).
- Highly interested in the real estate market, with experience in residential or commercial real estate sales preferred.
- Proficient in using computers and willing to learn new tools. Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills, positive, optimistic, self-motivated, ambitious, responsible team player.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dedication to work, eager to learn new things, and flexible with working hours.

任职要求:
- 拥有房地产经纪人执照或计划在一年内获得房地产经纪人执照(优先考虑)
- 对房地产市场高度感兴趣,有相关公寓、商业地产销售工作经验优先考虑
- 熟练使用计算机,乐意学习新系统。中英文流利
- 良好的沟通能力,积极,乐观、开朗,良好的自驱力、进取心和责任心,有团队合作精神
- 较强的组织能力,关注细节,对工作奉献诚实,渴望学习新事物,时间灵活可变
