Our products and services enable our 2 billion monthly active users to be able to use their payments in different games and also earn credit when they watch ads which can then be redeemed for in-game items and credit.

This is an entry level full-time role for an Operations Administrative Assistant in Palos Verdes, CA. You will be responsible for providing personal and executive administrative assistance to the COO of the company by performing various administrative tasks, managing calendars and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with meetings and events. The role requires extremely strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. As the hub of communications, it is imperative that you can excel at working while staying constantly alert to surrounding activity and staff. You must demonstrate precision and the drive to excel.

Your job duties will increase your acumen in almost all aspects of running a successful company such as:
- Keeping people and teams organized and on schedule
- Ensuring meetings are fruitful, efficient, and effective
- Managing human capital and their contracts
- Filing and organizing data used by the entire company
- Initial communications and follow ups
- Operations of a company including legal, financial, and HR
- Product and engineering to build a massively scalable service
- Vendor and people management
- Some sales and marketing duties
There may be opportunities to travel both domestically and internationally to support the executive or sales teams.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Competitive spirit strongly desired; former student athletes are a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace suites
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Not allergic to dogs
- Must live in the Palos Verdes area or within a 15 minute drive without traffic
