Appointment Setter (Commission-Based)
We are seeking a highly motivated and persistent individual to join our growing marketing agency as an Appointment Setter.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling appointments with potential clients for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective clients within your assigned territory or industry Make outbound calls to introduce our services and qualify leads
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our agency's offerings
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to follow up Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and appointment-setting activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the international field
- Strong cold-calling and lead-generation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based role with the opportunity to earn competitive compensation based on your performance.
- You will receive uncapped commissions for each qualified appointment that results in a successful sale.
