Link is looking for a marketing manager to help us build our brand and expand our reach to new clients, agents, and teams. We are a real estate brokerage, mortgage company, escrow company, all running on our proprietary technology platform. Link is currently active in 7 states and is continuously looking to expand. The marketing manager will be working closely with the founding team in implementing their ideas to help the brand grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with Link's growth objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Integrated Campaigns: Lead, develop, and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across various products and business lines to support organizational goals of client acquisition and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation and Demand Generation: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, social media, email, SEO, PPC) and traditional media to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Content Marketing and Thought Leadership: Enhance Link's brand presence in the market by guiding our team to create high-quality content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars to engage and educate target audiences.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, business development, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Metrics and Performance Tracking: Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Experience with implementation and management of marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
