We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Croatian and Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers.
Position: Technical Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote, Romania
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonuses
Duties
- Respond to customer calls and emails regarding electronic equipment
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional technical support
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Re-assign issues to other departments or senior representatives when necessary
- Keep records of customer interactions and complaints as per internal procedures
- Stay up-to-date with procedures, guides, and product manuals
Requirements
- Based in or willing to move to Romania
- Fluent in Croatian and Slovenian (oral and written); additional languages like Macedonian are a plus
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong working capacity with office tools
- Ability to meet tight deadlines independently and as a team player
- Experience in customer-oriented roles is an advantage
- Academic degree is an advantage
