We are collaborating with a highly-rated BPO to recruit experienced Dutch-speaking Customer Support Professionals for remote positions in Serbia. The selected candidates will provide support to customers of an e-commerce brand.
Location: Remote/work from home in Serbia

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical customer support via voice, chat, and email promptly
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Document all interactions in a dedicated CRM system
- Act as a key contributor within the internal team and wider department initiatives, providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department
Requirements
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2)
- Prior experience in Customer Support and technical support, particularly with a help desk or other IT functions
- Ability to undergo a background check
- Strong independent work and remote team collaboration skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability
- Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC-based Internet and software applications (e.g., internet, Microsoft Office)
