We are collaborating with a premier airline to recruit proactive and customer-oriented Air Travel Consultants proficient in German, eager to join our team in Brno or remotely from anywhere in the Czech Republic.
Position: Customer Support Representative (German-speaking)
Work Model: On-site in Brno or remotely from anywhere in Czech Republic after 10 weeks
Employment Type: Full-time (Part-time option after 6 months)
Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for airline customers via phone in German and English
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, online check-in, and policy guidance
- Register conversation details in a dedicated system
- Provide timely and friendly resolution to customer inquiries, maintaining high speed and quality to meet KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2)
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Czech Republic
- Good computer skills
- Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient, and service-oriented
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts
- Fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 Mbps) and a smartphone if working remotely
