JOB DESCRIPTION
1099 Employee - 100% Commission Based - Commission is 40% of 1st months rent - Flexible Hours - Remote work
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to lease multi family units at scattered properties throughout Baltimore and Dundalk. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and excellent administrative skills.
Duties:
- Promptly and accurately answer inbound phone calls from residents and prospective applicants
- Follow up on new leads and pending applications
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations, emails, showings, rentals, etc.
- Show property to prospective tenants, while explaining the many options available
- Explain the leasing application process, terms of occupancy, policies, etc.
- Assist prospective applicants with the leasing application process, collect the necessary documentation, and run related background, credit, and tenancy checks
- Complete lease signings and all related move-in day tasks (e.g., issue keys and make key FOBS)
- Facilitate the move-in process with new residents and confirm that all necessary paperwork is completed and confirmed prior to move-in day
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· 2+ yrs. previous leasing experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license
- Pass drug screen and required background checks

Pay: $10,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
