Overview
Social Kapture is seeking an innovative and motivated Content Specialist to work on Social Kapture client channels in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid work opportunity.
This position is mid-level, internal-facing and will work with the Premium Content team in the Operations Division.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute social media strategies for Social Kapture clients through guidance of best practices and competitive research designed to increase brand engagement
- Ideate, refine and coordinate production of social media content based on client needs, including high-leverage and critically valuable clients
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with clear and up-to-date maintenance of productivity tracking, accounting documentation and other related materials
- As needed, communicate with clients, prospects, contractors and other outward-facing entities
- Support Business Development Department with client recommendations, data analysis, onboarding of new clients, and other specialty requests
- Provide occasional support to other teams within Social Kapture's Content Production department
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends in organic social media
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in social media content creation; Agency experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Business or similar
- Knowledge of social media publishing tools and social media analytics
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, critical thinking, prioritization, attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced copywriting skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe programs like Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in productivity software like Asana or Wrike
- Knowledge of the multifamily housing industry is a plus
