Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, banners, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, merchandise, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative designs that align with marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all materials and platforms.
- Digital Media:
- Design graphics for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other online channels.
- Create eye-catching visuals to enhance the overall online presence of our brand.
- Work closely with the social media and content teams to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Branding:
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring that all designs align with the brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral that reflects the brand's values and mission.
- Provide creative input on new branding initiatives and visual concepts.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, and illustrators when necessary.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitors' visual strategies.
- Propose innovative design concepts and approaches to maintain a fresh and contemporary brand image
Requires
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful graphic design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
- Passion for electric urban mobility and sustainable transportation is preferred.
- Comfortable working with global & diverse teams across different time zones (China/US)
