Brightvision is a B2B growth agency that specializes in results-driven sales and marketing for tech companies. We have around 100 employees located around the globe, working with some of the largest and most exciting companies in the tech industry. Although our main office is in Gothenburg, Sweden, most of our colleagues work remotely, including team managers. So, you have the flexibility to live wherever you want in the world.
🚀 What does the position entail?
- Craft new, tailored email templates that resonate with our B2B audiences and generate results;
- Refine and perfect email templates with your writing talents, incorporating feedback from our clients, SDRs, and PMs;
- Join forces with our PMs to understand the needs, objectives, tone, approach, and requirements of our customers, translating them into impactful email campaigns;
- Work with our passionate, talented team of experts, problem-solvers, and innovators to enhance emails through adjustments, proofreading, feedback, and monitoring;
🌟 Who are you?
- Have at least 2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Advanced or Fluent level of English proficiency (C1-C2).
- Excellent in writing with outstanding skills in crafting content, proofreading, and brand marketing (covering tone, structure, grammar, spelling, and factual accuracy) — writing samples will be required.
- Have a strong understanding of brand identity and messaging.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a growth mindset, always seeking innovative improvements.
- Be very good at building rapport and collaborating with diverse team members.
- Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
