We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will define project scope and objectives, develop and manage a detailed project schedule, and provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about adjustments and progress. You will ensure projects are successfully completed on time and consistent with organizational goals, established processes and the standard terms and conditions of the contract. You will organize and maintain processes, including project scheduling, maintaining project documentation, and report preparation in Excel, CRM (Salesforce), and PowerBI.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all project functions including kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, reviews, and after-action reviews.
- Facilitate and schedule customer and partner meetings and drive initiatives to meet project goals.
- Determine project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed launch plan and project schedule for customer projects.
- Monitor project progress and identify and remove roadblocks.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage, track, and document customer escalations and escalate to internal management.
- Oversee life cycle of partner hours, time tracking, and reconciliation.
- Manage relationships including interactions with clients, internal teams, and outside vendors.
- Provide guidance/leadership to Project Coordinator(s) on the team.
- Align expectations and ensure the decision-making of stakeholders happen in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify, track, and manage all partner activity to US Cloud clients including partner and client hours.
- Prepare project-related reports.
- Assist with various special projects as needed or other duties as assigned.
- 4+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years in client service industry or large organization
- Team-first orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focused with problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
Skills Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
- 5+ years project management administration/coordination (or administrative function)
- Project Management certifications
- Agile/ITIL certifications
- Experience in IT service industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft solutions and Salesforce
