Responsibilities:
1.Create, assess, re-balance and tune new and existing levels.
2.Work with other designers to ensure level consistency across the title(s).
3.Actively contribute to the creative discussions surrounding feature reviews and new feature design.
4.Work closely with programmers, artists, and other relevant team members to ensure effective implementation of level designs.
5.Keep abreast of match-3 game market trends, understand competitor level designs to maintain the game's competitiveness.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2.At least 3 years of experience in match-3 games level design, with relevant experience in successful projects, can analyze and break down level design elements rationally.
3.Solid understanding of game balancing and pacing.
4.Enthusiasm and a willingness to develop as a level designer.
5.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
6. Likes puzzle games, has the genes for solving puzzles, and a strong desire and passion for creating them.
7. Has a big imagination and strong creative abilities.
