Our client is a rapidly growing startup who is poised for phenomenal growth in their industry. Their highly-intelligent SaaS platform/CRM allows product teams to conduct UX research exponentially easier. They have solved a real problem facing other software-based companies and have brought on very notable accounts! As one of their early members of the sales team, you'll work closely with leadership to strategize the sales roadmap!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Target Mid-market and Enterprise organizations
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by keeping momentum in every step of the process with a well-designed plan for success.
- Evangelize the company in the community and your network, serving as a brand ambassador with clear, concise communication about the platform’s value proposition.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
- Run full-cycle sales, prioritizing pipeline growth and driving leads to set appointments.
- Lead presentations to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Build and share learnings to help increase the efficiency of the sales process.
- Be a founding member of the sales team, and a voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to Marketing, Design, and Engineering.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years in a quota-carrying sales or business development role
- Software/SaaS sales experience is a requirement.
- Experience targeting mid-market and/or enterprise accounts (minimum of 250+ employees)
- Ability to identify, influence, and manage multiple decision makers within an organization
- Demonstrated record of consistently hitting/exceeding quota in previous roles
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED:
- 2+ years experience as SDR or BDR
- Prior experience selling to senior Product, Design, or Research personas
- Prior startup experience preferred but not required
- Experience in the UXR space
- Experience with Hubspot
LOCATION:
- This is a remote with occasional in-person team strategy sessions in their NYC office or with leadership in Boston.
- Residence in the Northeastern U.S. is preferred, however, candidates who have experience in the UXR space and/or a strong track record of success selling to MM and ENT accounts will be considered and are encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Salary: $60-$75k base (DOE), OTE $90-$105k
