Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Data Engineer role at EXL Health located in Dallas, TX. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as data modeling, ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes, data warehousing, data analytics and more. This is a hybrid role, with primary location in Dallas, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and ETL (Extract Transform Load) skills
- Data Warehousing and Data Analytics skills
- Experience with big data technologies and tools
- Proficient in “hands-on” programming (python, SQL, and PySpark) microservices and API development
- Extensive experience with cloud platform data engineering like GCP/AWS/Azure
• Self-reliant and adept at design thinking.
• Capable of scaling up with minimal guidance.
- Some exposure to front-end development (is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
