Overview
The Enterprise Cyber Security Office (ECSO) Control Testing team evaluates the cybersecurity controls that have been implemented to ensure these are designed to mitigate the risk and are operating effectively. This position will be responsible for evaluating the Bank’s cybersecurity controls to identify technical security gaps or deficiencies and to report on their effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Review cybersecurity controls to determine whether they have been designed to mitigate the risk.
- Analyze control data to identify anomalies and to determine whether they are operating effectively.
- Conduct root cause analysis on exceptions.
- Report on the effectiveness of key controls and recommend improvements or additional controls, where appropriate.
- Assist with the preparation and publication of control testing metrics.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Information Security OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Information Security
- 6+ years of professional experience in Information Security, Technology Control Assurance, IT Risk Governance, or IT Audit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organized, able to work independently and to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface well with all levels of management and Cybersecurity teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with a financial institution.
- CISSP, CISA, CISM or similar certification.
- Experience with data analytics.
- In-depth practical knowledge of Cybersecurity or IT General controls.
- Remote eligible

The base pay for this position is generally between $106,000 and $184,000 per year. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
