To continue operating at our high standards, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with experience in the Adobe Suite and a strong background in building brand-based assets and collateral. The ideal candidate will also help manage our social media workflow, ensuring our brand's visual consistency and engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and create visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media
- Develop brand-based assets and collateral, including logos, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals
- Assist in managing the social media workflow, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required skills
- Knowledge of web design and basic HTML/CSS
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Familiarity with print production processes
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2-4 year of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in brand design and visual storytelling
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms is a plus

- Compensation: Base Salary ($65,000 - $90,000 based on experience) and Bonus eligible
