Small family-owned commercial property and casualty insurance agency is seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Insurance CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the front-end of our business and the first point of communication, so they must be personable and pleasant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issuing certificates of insurance
- Speaking with customers regarding their account
- Handling mortgagee changes
- Managing billing and payment follow-ups
- Assisting customers in submitting claims
- Contributing to all aspects of the agency to properly protect our clients with the right custom-made insurance policies for them
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial insurance job
- Respectful to clients
- Ability to problem-solve independently and be resourceful
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be helpful but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills on the phone (time zone Eastern ONLY please)
- Familiarity with Nowcerts, our agency management system
- P&C License is recommended but not necessary
- We are looking for professionals who have property & casualty commercial insurance experience. All other submissions will be ignored

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000
