Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager at PMC. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new opportunities. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met and work towards driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Create, plan, and execute a content marketing calendar.
- Manage all paid advertising and metrics reporting across multiple channels.
- Update website and marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Manage the creation, promotion, and repurposing of content in multiple ways across multiple channels – Youtube, podcasts, blog posts, email campaigns, videos, social media posts, etc.
- Maintain a positive brand image and reputation on social media while building a strong and engaged community.
- Oversee video production, editing, and promotion.
- Develop and refine creative email marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with team to create effective marketing and sales funnels.
- Maintain an ongoing SEO strategy to increase reach and visibility.
- Create and maintain successful social media ad campaigns tracking results on a weekly basis.
- Create and maintain systems, processes, and policies.
- Maintain brand and update website as needed including graphics, copy, and opt-in forms.
- Serve as the company’s main point of contact with key marketing partners and sponsorships.
- Oversee the efforts of any third-party vendors, including advertising agencies, photographers, videographers, and other external vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing and campaign management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of branding and advertising principles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus
Estimated
- $140,000 - $180,000 a year.
