Responsibilities
- Input and verify data accurately and efficiently into our database
- Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks and audits
- Update and retrieve data as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and security
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on data entry progress
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data entry software and systems a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
