We are DLV Roofing! A 25 plus year old roofing company that exists to “serve”; serve our employees, customers, communities and business.
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our growing company. We have 5 locations across the Carolina’s and Texas with a plan to double in location count over the next 12-18 months.
This role will be based in Dallas.

The Role:
- Data entry into QBO, Acculynx, Excel and other programs
- Collect information needed for sub-contractors, including certificates of insurance
- Prepare payroll and manage tracking of PTO
- Pay vendors, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage multiple projects & locations simultaneously
- Special projects as assigned
- Managing accounting for multiple locations monthly including:
- Closing book
- Prepares and maintains financial data & records
- Filing other tax filings as needed (sales/payroll/etc)
- Internal meetings with leadership and outsourced vendors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business degree OR Associate Accounting Degree with 3+ years of experience
- Proficient with QuickBooks Online
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite – especially Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience with Acculynx a plus
